Delete Your PinTap Account
This page is for the PinTap app by ThreadTap, Inc. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time — from inside the app, or right here without the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleted the app already, or can't sign in? Submit this form and we'll reply to verify it's really you, then complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also email support@threadtap.xyz with the subject "Delete my account".
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (managed by our identity provider, Clerk).
- Your profile — display name, email address, and settings.
- Your collection: pin claims, achievements, event check-ins, and rewards.
- Any active promotion or giveaway entries tied to your account.
- Analytics data is disassociated from your identity.
Deletion of personal data from our systems and our service providers completes within 30 days of your verified request. Physical pins you own are unaffected — but their digital claims are released and cannot be restored to a new account automatically.
What we may keep, and for how long
We retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it or where they're needed to protect the Services: purchase and transaction records (kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years), records of fraud or abuse, and legal correspondence. These are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose. Server logs age out automatically within a short operational window.
